Senior/Matric certificate or equivalent plus 6 years clerical / administrative experience in a financial environment.
Supervise and render asset management clerical services. Supervise and render demand and acquisition clerical services. Supervise and undertake logistical support services. Supervise employees / staff.
Basic knowledge of supply chain duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics. Basic knowledge and understanding the legislative framework governing the Public Service. Basic knowledge of work procedures in terms of the working environment. National and Provincial instruments and legislation pertaining to SCM (PFMA, PPPFA (including regulations), BBBEE, Treasury Instructions, SARS, SMME, etc.). Departmental policies and procedures. Financial systems (SCM and Financial).
