PROVIDING PROPER GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR TIME-TABLING, DUTY ROSTERS, ADMISSIONS AND PLACEMENT OF LEARNERS. ENSURE THAT THE WORKLOAD IS EQUITABLY DISTRIBUTED. MANAGE AND IMPLEMENT ASSESSMENT / INTERNAL MODERATION. IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE OF CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT/CAPS MANAGEMENT. ORGANISE AND PARTICIPATE IN DEPARTMENTAL AND PROFESSIONAL SEMINARS AND COURSES IN ORDER TO FOR INDIVIDUAL AND STAFF GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT. PROVIDING GUIDANCE WITH THE DRAFTING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ALL POLICIES AT SCHOOL SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF THE SOUTH AFRICAN SCHOOLS ACT AND WCED POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. EXPERIENCE IN SCHOOL GOVERNANCE, MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCES AND MANAGEMENT OF BUDGETS. ABILITY TO MANAGE AND TO IMPLEMENT SIP, AAPR, IQMS, QMS, SPMDS AND WHOLE SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE OF CEMIS, PERMIS AND PMPS PROGRAMS MANAGE AND IMPLEMENT ASSESSMENT / INTERNAL MODERATION. SERVING ON COMMITTEES AS PART OF HIS/HER OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES. RESPONSIBLE FOR REGULAR INSPECTIONS OF THE SCHOOL PREMISES AND EQUIPMENTARE AND PROPER USE. POSSESS GOOD CONFLICT MANAGEMENT SKILLS. EXCELLENT TIME-MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN ASSET MANAGEMENT, INVENTORY CONTROL AND SUPPLY CHAIN PROCEDURES. INVOLVEMENT IN EXTRA-MURAL AND CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES IS COMPULSORY.
