To provide administrative and technical support in the development , implementation and management of examination and assessment information systems for the Chief Directorate:

An appropriate degree/diploma with 3 years relevant experience OR a matric qualification with at least 6 years relevant experience; and proven computer literacy. Valid Driver’s licence.
Recommendation Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management and Public Finance practices, policies and processes
1. Manage the budget of the directorate
• Ensure that the procurement budget of the Examinations directorate is administered
• Ensure the administering of annual accounts and contracts
• Ensure that state assets (GG vehicles) is administered
• Ensure all procurement processes in the Directorate is done in terms of SCM prescripts
2. Manage the provision and supply chain processes
• Ensure all asset management processes
• Ensure the hiring of chairs and tables for the Examination centres
• Ensure the procuring of all stationary for examination centres
• Ensure the drafting of submissions to Directorate SCM
• Ensure GG transport for the Directorate especially during peak periods
• Preparation, capturing and recording of all requests for goods and service.
• Advise and assist with the preparation of SCM supporting documents e.g. business case and memoranda
• Finalisation, submission and tracking of requisitions
• Preparation of payment vouchers and effect payments inclusive of r e-mark refunds
• Assist with payment queries
• Monitor payments of all accounts
3. Support Service to Units
• Manage issuing of office stationery
• Budget expense recording and reporting
• Asset management and stock assessments
• Administration support to marking centres
• Preparation of supporting documents for marker payment
• Attend training as required
• Supply report s as requested
• Perform general office administrative duties
• Participate in performance management system
4. Human resource
