| Manage the implementation of the approved provincial business plan and policies. Develop Provincial action plans for implementation of EPWP-NSNP. Manage the Extended Public Works Programmes (EPWP) at provincial/district level and facilitate the implementation of the National and Provincial EPWP prescripts. Report back to NSNP-Programme Manager. Update and maintain all information systems. To ensure the proper record keeping of all EPWP-reporting as well as the beneficiary details. Coordinate the monthly statistics on Food Gardeners, Volunteer Food Handlers and learners/beneficiaries into the system; Coordinate the capturing of Food Gardeners and Volunteer Food Handlers? details in an automated EPWP-system including: Registration forms. Agreement forms. Volunteer/Gardener Verification Booklet. Monitor the updating schools database (principals details, schools telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses). Monitor the Technical Admin Support staff at District Level. Perform administrative duties related to the EPWP- Incentive Grant Programme, compile the EPWP Business Plan and manage the budget; Prepare the quarterly Web-based reports. To assist the EPWP-NSNP in the capturing of payments into BAS. Assist the NSNP-Programme Manager with dispatching of Information to schools and capture the EPWP and NSNP invoice and stipend payments into Basic Accounting System (BAS). | |
