Senior Certificate plus technical knowledge of telephone network systems.
Provide a telecommunications support function at Head Office. Administration and arranging the correction of all PABX faults; Administration of the Service Terminal of the telephone system; Administration of new telephone installations; Control over the switchboard (relief duty) whenever required; Procurement of official cell phones for
Head Office personnel.
Broad knowledge and practical experience of the external and internal telephone network systems and ability to work under pressure.
Computer literate; Good verbal communication skills; organisational and planning skills; report writing and problem solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and organize work; disciplined, orderly, systematic, effective communication and maintain good interpersonal relations.
